Supplementary Planning Guidance (SPG) provides further detailed information in support of the Eryri Local Development Plan and provides guidance about the manner in which the Authority will deal with planning applications. These guidance documents will be used by the Authority in decision making and are material considerations.

The Authority has prepared the following Supplementary Planning Guidance in draft form.
Nature Conservation & Biodiversity
These draft Supplementary Planning Guidance were subject to public consultation between 11th November 2011 and 9th January 2012.
Once the Authority has considered the responses received, Snowdonia National Park will formally approve and publish the guidance in its final form incorporating any agreed modifications. The Supplementary Planning Guidance will then be taken into account as a material consideration when determining planning applications.
